("Teksoy Tourism") to inform the customers of Teksoy Tourism and other third parties with whom it has a business relationship about the processing of their personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law").Detailed information about the processing of your personal data can be found in the "Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy" at www.pachamamahotel.com.
Methods of Obtaining Personal Data and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected in electronic or physical environments. Your personal data collected for the purposes stated in this Information Text may be processed and shared within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in items 5 and 6 of the Law.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data, collected within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in items 5 and 6 of the Law, is processed by Teksoy Tourism for the planning and execution of activities necessary for the customization, promotion, and introduction of products and services offered by Teksoy Tourism according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of the relevant individuals. It is also processed for the execution of necessary work by the business units to benefit individuals from the products and services offered by Teksoy Tourism, the conduct of relevant business processes, the realization of commercial activities carried out by Teksoy Tourism, and the provision of legal, technical, and commercial-business security of Teksoy Tourism and the individuals in business relationships with Teksoy Tourism.
Parties with Whom Personal Data May Be Shared and Purposes of Sharing
Your personal data may be shared with Teksoy Tourism's business partners and suppliers, legally authorized institutions and organizations, and legally authorized private legal entities within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in items 8 and 9 of the Law. This sharing is done for the customization, promotion, and introduction of products and services offered by Teksoy Tourism according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of the relevant individuals, the execution of necessary work by business units to benefit individuals from the products and services offered by Teksoy Tourism, the realization of commercial activities carried out by Teksoy Tourism, and the provision of legal, technical, and commercial-business security of Teksoy Tourism and individuals in business relationships with Teksoy Tourism.
Rights of Data Subjects and Exercise of These Rights
If you, as the data subject, submit your requests regarding the rights specified below through the methods indicated under the title ' Exercise of Rights by Data Subjects,' your requests will be evaluated and concluded by Teksoy Turizm as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days."
As data subjects, you have the following rights under item 11 of the Law:
Item 28, paragraph 2 of the law lists situations where data subjects do not have the right to request (except for the right to demand the remedy of damages). Within this scope:
• When personal data processing is necessary for the prevention of a crime or the investigation of a crime,
• When processing personal data that has been publicly disclosed by the data subject themselves,
• When personal data processing is necessary for the performance of duties and powers granted by law by authorized and competent public institutions and organizations, and professional organizations with public institution status, for the conduct of supervision or regulatory tasks, and for the necessary disciplinary investigation or prosecution,
• When personal data processing is necessary for the protection of the State's economic and financial interests in matters related to the budget, tax, and financial issues, in these cases, the rights specified in item 11 of the Law regarding personal data (excluding the right to demand the remedy of damages) cannot be exercised."
According to the first paragraph of items 28 of the law, personal data will be outside the scope of the law in the following cases, and therefore, data subject requests will not be processed for these data:
Data subjects can use the mentioned rights by using the "Application Form" regarding applications to the data controller made by the data owner, which is available at www.pachamamahotel.com.
Applications will be carried out with one of the following methods, along with documents that identify the relevant data subject's identity:
Teksoy Tourism responds to data subjects who want to exercise the mentioned rights within the maximum period of thirty (30) days in accordance with the Law. In order for third parties to make a request on behalf of the data subject, there must be a special power of attorney issued through a notary on behalf of the person applying on behalf of the data subject.
Teksoy Turizm may request information from the relevant individual to determine whether the person applying is the data subject. To clarify the matters specified in the application, questions may be directed to the data subject regarding their application.
While data subject applications are generally processed free of charge, fees may be charged based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board, not exceeding the limits specified by the board.
